I want to know how to make outages appear at the top of my status page?

Currently users have to go through all the components that are listed in order to know which one is down.

I want to make it easier either put at the top of the page what is down or redirect them to a page of the component is down.

I have looked at the documentation but haven't really found much information

We use the standard layout in the "customise page and emails" section in the Your page area which automatically puts open incidents at the top of the page. Only archived incidents move to the bottom of the page (i.e. once resolved)

Hi @Michelle Muiruri , welcome to the Atlassian Community!

There isn't a way to move impacted to components to the top of the page during an incident. However, when there is an on-going incident it will appear at the top of the page and your customers can then drill down into the incident to see the impacted components.

Thanks,
Nick
