Hello @AlL,
currently I try to achieve to forward traffic, which is coming from an Azure Endpoint to my Atlassian statuspage.
So basically, I have this usecase.
1. Navigate to: https://test-ckfgcfaygrc3chge.z01.azurefd.net
2. Get forwarded to: https://synconnect1.statuspage.io/
For some reason, this is not working because I will always get forwarded to https://www.statuspage.io/
Also when using curl on my Azure Endpoint, I get the following Response:
"<html><body>You are being <a href="https://www.statuspage.io">redirected</a>.</body></html"
But actually there is no forwarding in place from my side.
Are there any limitations which blocks this feature?
I hope my explanation is sufficient to understand my issues in this case. :)
I'm happy for any help.
Cheers,
Christian
Hi there Christian,
Thanks for writing into Community, I'm Talar from the Atlassian Statuspage support team, happy to help!
It looks like your current page is a Public one - this page type won't take any sort of authentication to see the page itself (https://<page>.statuspage.io/).
If you'd like your page to require authentication to be seen, you'll need a Private Page (https://www.atlassian.com/software/statuspage/private-pages) or an Audience-Specific page (https://www.atlassian.com/software/statuspage/audience-specific-pages).
Once you decide which better suits your needs, please see setup instructions for SAML authentication here:
If you're referring to SSO to log in to the Admin Panel (https://manage.statuspage.io) -
If you need any further assistance here, it might be a good idea to put in a support ticket (https://support.atlassian.com/contact/) to avoid any confidential data being posted on this public forum.
Hope this helps!
Regards,
Talar
