A suggestion from our support team regarding the StatusPage email automation, would be to have a 'Planned Maintenance' and ' Maintenance Complete' subject line option for applications that have regular maintenance windows or Sprint cycles.
Or deployment tools could, then, trigger an e-mail to SP at the start of a deployment, and an all-clear at the finish of the deployment. Without it being labeled an 'Incident' which has specific connotations.
