One of our bank industry customer doesn't receive the email subscription.
Their IT team allowed our mail but it appears that action doesn't solve the situation.
Do you have any leads to help our customer ?

This issue usually happens with ANTI-SPAM specially for corporate emails.
I would recommend having the user subscribing him/herself on the statuspage to see if issue persists.
