Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Nick from the Broadcom team here.

There isn't any character limits in the body of incidents/maintenance. We've been using Statuspage since 2017, 25+ pages and never hit a limit (and trust me, we have many lengthy incidents/maintenance).

Hello Nick, 

I'm facing the same character limit issue. I'm not sure what is the issue, but most of the messages are missing from the status page as the incident web page has all messages listed.
