Changing the 'All Systems Operational" verbiage

Looking to see if there is customization on changing the "All Systems Operational' banner.  Is there specific css or html that can be utilized for this cost.

Hello! You can drop this into the custom header field and swap out 'Replacement text' with whatever text you want.
