Automatic status change when URL not reachable

Can you check for a specific URL via query (http-get) or something similar?

If the URL is unreachable --> change the statuspage component full automatically to red?
If it is reachable again --> Change component to green

 

without manual intervention of a user?

Hi Steve,

Thanks for submitting this community question and welcome to the community. Statuspage itself does not have any monitoring associated with it but we can accept things from monitoring tools. We have specific integrations with things like Opsgenie or Pagerduty and we also have the ability to use component email automation to have your monitoring tool send an email that will automatically change the component status: https://support.atlassian.com/statuspage/docs/get-started-with-email-automation/
