Are there any metrics to measure the CTR for emails/notifications/updates ?

How do you know how many subscribers have opened/clicked the notification email?

Hello Andra,

Welcome to the community! Thanks for the question around some stats for emails. We don't have any stats around how many people clicked a notification email. The only stats we provide are based on this: https://support.atlassian.com/statuspage/docs/what-are-page-analytics/

Beyond that, we don't really have any mechanism to track these particular events. Hopefully that helps answer your question but please let me know if you need any clarification.
