Unable to add the Third Party (Datadog) Metric on status page

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
We are trying to add the third-party metric on the status page, provided all the relevant details after clicking on the add metric button it is not getting saved.
It was working a few days back.
Can anyone please help?
