Not able to get response after added webhook API

Hi Team,

I have added webhook API and once the application goes down or up, I expect to call our webhook API. But I didn't get any response. Please help.

 

API : http://hostname:port/statuspageresponse

I am also able to create web-hook but not able to listen it.
