Customization of E-mail sent from Status Page

Hi Team,

We need to customize the email of one of our status page.


Our requirements are:

1. The email should only contain the contents of the message body. Other than that, it should not include the Logo, Incident status, Time posted and Components.

2. The email should not include the link to the customer page.

3. This change needs to be done only in below page.


This is an  urgent requirement, please respond ASAP.

It would be great, if you could setup a call to discuss the requirements.






Hi @Ankita Sharan , welcome to the Atlassian Community! I'm Nick from Broadcom, long-time Statuspage customer.

There is currently no option to cutomize the email template, it's hard coded. I'm also not sure why you would not want to include a link to the incident/maintenance posting, that seems counter-intuitive to me and certainly wouldn't be a feature I would want as a customer.

If this is a requirement your business needs, I suggest raising this as a product enhancement

We also need to be able to customize the email templates. We are a bilingual cie and bilingual country so we have to offer both languages. We added Localize to the public page so this part is done but the emails sent are only in english (our content is bilingual). We must be able to modify this.
