It’s my pleasure to announce that Statuspage help documentation (previously at help.statuspage.io/help) has been refreshed and moved to https://support.atlassian.com/statuspage/resources/. We join Atlassian’s other product documentation and have made some improvements to better serve user's needs.
Some of those improvements include:
A more organized documentation structure so you can easily find the help you need
Contextual help in the right sidebar– to get you to the right information if you didn't find what you needed
Page descriptions which let you preview what a help article is about
The ability to give direct feedback about our documentation with either with a quick Yes or No helpfulness rating or a summary and description of what you found helpful/unhelpful
Some pages you’re familiar with may appear different or redirect to a new page– this is part of our ongoing effort to make our documentation as helpful as possible. We’d love to hear your feedback, which you can provide at the bottom of any help article.
