username field is disabled on account add

I'm trying to add an Azure DevOps account but the username field is disabled.

I set the host url to https://dev.azure.com/<MyOrgName>, Protocol is HTTPS, Authentication is PAT... cant enter the username???

What am i doing wrong? Version 3.3.4
