Hello,

Based on the error that you get, and also looking in our system, I can see that your company has claimed the domain of the email you use.

Accounts with an email from this domain are managed and the account's password cannot be used for Git operations via HTTPS.

What you can do here is generate an app password for your Bitbucket Cloud account, as per the instructions here:

Then, use that app password instead of your account's password.

I would also suggest that you make sure to remove any stored credentials from SourceTree, prior to using the app password.

Kind regards,
Theodora

I have the same problem, do you get the 403 request result to?

Because in:
https://confluence.atlassian.com/bbkb/403-while-accessing-https-username-bitbucket-org-username-repo-slug-git-info-refs-321854562.html

There is an explanation that says:

Cause

The owner of the repository is over their plan limit and should upgrade
