There is a directory 'plugin' in a project, but it is not scanned by sourcetree.
If it ist named different eg 'pplugin' it is scanned.
'plugin' is not mentioned in global or project gitignorefile.

Oh I'm sorry, there was a second .ignore file somewhere deep in the tree.
