Where can I find a basic guide to using SouceTree from square one

I'm new to SourceTree (and Git). I can see it may be a great program and if I had a lifetime in front of me I could no doubt work out how to use it. I've managed to do some commits, now I want to fork but I'm having trouble in so many areas it's no use asking a question. I need a manual but can't find it. Help ,please..
