Where can I find a basic guide to using SouceTree from square one

I'm new to SourceTree (and Git). I can see it may be a great program and if I had a lifetime in front of me I could no doubt work out how to use it. I've managed to do some commits, now I want to fork but I'm having trouble in so many areas it's no use asking a question. I need a manual but can't find it. Help ,please..

The question about SourceTree has already been asked.

About Git, just search for "Git tutorial", you will find very many options. If any particular one seems to difficult, change to another until you find one that fits your style of learning/understanding.
