Too many authentication failures

Hello. I have Sourcetree V3.0.15 installed. When I try to pull (for example) from our private Git repo (connecting via SSH), I receive following error

Access denied
Access denied
Access denied
Access denied
Access denied
FATAL ERROR: Server sent disconnect message
type 2 (protocol error):
"Too many authentication failures for user_name"

For auth, we use login/password scheme, so switching to OpenSSH is not an option.
Is there any solution for this problem? I remember that prior to Sourcetree V2 there was no such problem.

Looks like there were some problems with credentials stored, because removal of SourceTree passwd file (as mentioned here) solved the problem.

Anyway, I still don't know why it happened. Credentials were exactly the same
