"Within SourceTree select from the menu bar "SourceTree > Registration", click "Import License" to import the downloaded the license file."

Hi @Hatem Sahli,

This guidance is for the 1.x release series of Sourcetree and no longer applies. Registration is handled during the welcome wizard when first launching a more recent release. Hope that helps.
