Sourcetree hangs when touching a large dylib

I have a couple of dylibs detected by sourcetree as being changed - and I want to ignore or stop tracking them (for obvious reasons).

But the moment I select one of these files, Sourcetree starts the spinning beachball and never recovers.

If I force-quit, ST will wake up with the file selected, and immediately hang.

My only workaround is to delete the dylibs temporarily, so I can stop tracking them, then add them back to my directory.

Gotta be a bug right?
