Sourcetree constantly asking to accept server's key

I've cloned repo from corporate GitLab EE server (SSH endpoint) via command line. I fetch/pull/push updates from Sourcetree, but it constantly asks to accept server's key:
When I press "Yes" it says that the key is accepted, and when I press OK I've got the first message again :(
It is really annoying. Could you please help me with the issue?
