Sourcetree: Please re-add an icon in the toolbar for Hg flow / Git flow

we've got people who are not used to using keyboard shortcuts, we've barely managed to teach them how to use git-flow the "old way" anyway. now they're using an outdated version.

it's fine if you guys from Atlassian don't want that button in the toolbar by default, but please do make it available in toolbar options so those who need it can actually use it.
