Sourcetree Installation on Windows 8 fails because Administrator Rights are needed

Within the FAQ is statet there is no need for Administrator Rights to install Sourcetree on Windows.

If i try to install it on my School PC i get the Following Error:

"You do not have sufficient privileges to complete this installation for all users of the machine. Log on as Administrator and then retry this installation"

I try to install it in my home Folder.

Is there a parameter to install it only for the current User?

And please adjust the FAQ
