Every now and then I give in the urge to update to the latest sourcetree but it seems like sourcetree 3.1.x was the last usable version. Every version I tried since then is just painfully slow. Selecting a commit in the repository takes up to 5 seconds to refresh the preview while 3.1.x takes about half a second on the same repository.
Luckily I still have the old 3.1.3 setup so I can always go back but I wonder what causes this and if there is eventually a fix for it.
