If one in our team commits something, new branch, just changes, anything, team members do not get updates in their local sourcetree repo or history. F5 , closing/reopening Souretree doesn't help. Sometimes it takes 10-20min and the changes are displayed but mostly they just don't come over. On the Gitlab server however, the new stuff appears immediate.
If a team member needs quick access to the changes he needs to completely delete his local repo and pull completely new.
That is not funny and management wants to discard Atlasian products
