SourceTree will not download/install Mercurial during install process

When I try to install SourceTree, and opt to install the Mercurial module, it attempts to download it from https://downloads.atlassian.com/software/sourcetree/windows/mcmw-v1.11.96.zip but it gives a 403 error. I tried the URL in a browser from two independent networks and manually recreated the 403 error.

Permissions issue on your webserver perhaps?

Getting the same error. I guess I'll try to just install Mercurial myself.
