Not able track status of file(modified) in File explorer

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
After cloning, i wanted to see if all the files are synced with Repo in the file explorer like in the image attached but it is not visible. Is it possible to track files/folder modified/updated in File explorer
