I've downloaded sourcetree and I want to log in but when I add my username it doesn't go any further then that and I don't get any errors.
When I'm installing sourcetree and I get to the section Log in to your Atlassian account and I click on use an existing account. I get the issue I mentioned abouve
Hi Nicole! Do you get a blank screen? Can you send us a screenshot of what happens?
We've had similar cases in the past and the cause was that the user had an old version of Internet Explorer (Sourcetree relies on it for authentication). Can you confirm you're in the newest version?
If this doesn't solve your issue, can you let us know which Sourcetree version and OS are you using?
