Log messages are shown as a mess

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
Hi, there is a problem bothering me for a long time, just like the picture shown below, my log messages(in Chinese) are shown as a mess in the upper window, but in the bottom window every log message is shown correctly. Most of these commits are made through SourceTree 1.8.1, the others are done in a terminal with UTF-8 encoding. What's wong? Thanks ahead!
