This is the response to a push :
git -c diff.mnemonicprefix=false -c core.quotepath=false push -v --tags origin master:master
remote: Unauthorized
fatal: Authentication failed for 'https://jmason1004@bitbucket.org/tutorials/sourcetree-starter-b.git/'
Pushing to https://jmason1004@bitbucket.org/tutorials/sourcetree-starter-b.git
Completed with errors, see above.
Hi James, have you tried the command line to see if you get the same error? This will help us identify if this is an issue with Sourcetree or with the authentication itself.
Can you also let us know if you're able to perform other operations, such as pull for example?
Remember to tell us which Sourcetree and OS version are you using, too.
Regards,
Ana
Had the same problem.
Pushing via the Git console worked (prompted for username and password).
