How to have sourcetree focus on staged files in commit

There is a behavior of Sourcetree I find particularly annoying and am wondering if this is a bug, or if there's a setting I've missed.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. I have several files unstaged
  2. I select one or more files to stage
  3. I click the commit button
  4. The next unstaged file is selected and its diff is shown in the diff window

What I would expect to happen, and what I want to have happen, is that the first staged file is highlighted and its diff is shown in the diff window.

Does anyone know if this is a setting that can be changed?
