Hey Curtis,

I figured I would reach out as I can see that you have not received a response from our Community as of yet.

The issue you are experiencing is GIT related and does not specifically relate to Sourcetree, I have found an article that may be of use to you:
https://stackoverflow.com/questions/23885449/unable-to-resolve-unable-to-get-local-issuer-certificate-using-git-on-windows

Hope this helps.

Cheers!
