Error 407 Proxy authentification

Good Day,

 

When I try to connect from Sourcetree to Bitbucket server i receive the error code 407 - Remoteserver Proxy authentication requested. 

This is strange in two ways,
first: I can still pull from Bitbucket...
second: it only happens with a specific account.

What I've noticed is that the Sourcetree registration with Bitbucket works only sometimes   with this account. (we reinstalled multiple times)

 

Which Proxy is meant? 
-Companies Proxy?
-Or Bitbucket Proxy?

 

Is there any recommended Procedure or best practice to set up the connection from Sourcetree to Bitbucket?
