Copy file paths to clipboard

When using SourceTree 1.4.1.0, how do I copy the relative or absolute file paths for either highlighted files or for an entire commit?

I would like to copy and paste all the committed files to a file compare session to expedite deployment of code.

Have you tried to create custom action (http://blog.sourcetreeapp.com/2012/02/08/custom-actions-more-power-to-you/)? Not sure of what is the script you need but that could be a start for you.
