Can automatic tab names be smarter please?

I don't use repository bookmarks in SourceTree on macOS, because it feels redundant to me. I simply browse the folder in Finder and use a Finder extension to open the repository of the current folder in SourceTree.

In that matter, SourceTree will use the full path of the repository as tab name. If I open more than one project in my project folder hierarchy, I end up with madness, because all tab names display the same name, because the path is too long to show entirely in the tab.

Please do anything about it, i.e. showing the end of the path, not the begin of the path, if the tab name is too long. This would already solve the issue and I think it is trivial to implement: Just define a reasonable max length of the displayed path in the tab and substring it before showing accordingly.

Thank you so much in advance. SourceTree is a great tool and I'm happy with it for years, besides this issue I bring up today.
