Suggestion: In the Repository browser lists the repositories by most recently accessed (via SourceTree) - as an alternative to the folder view. I have about 50 repo's open in source tree, but usually I am only working on 4 or 5 in any given week. If those were at the top of the list I could find them quicker.
I started out using folders to organize these but it turns out to be easier to just search for the one I want.
