how do i show a comment when hovering over an inserted image?

i have confluence 4.2. inserted images on the page. when user hovers over the image i'd like to display a short comment. cannot figure out how to do it and have searched this site for answers for an hour :-( can anyone help please?

Hi,

this worked with Wiki Markup and Confluence 3.x like that:

!image.png|title=shortcomment!

I don't know, if this is still working with Confluence 4.2. You can try to enter this in the editor manually.
