Use value of a select-list

I have a select-list field with different value, like:

Easy: A 2d, D 5d, T 2d

Complex: A 4d, D 15d, T 5d

This select list contain the Complexity of an Issue, and the 3 different value rappresent:

- A: Analysis

- D: Development

- T: Testing

following with the time that I suppose I will spent.

I wanto to extract the 3 different value to fill 3 different filed, how can I do?

I know that it could be more simple create 3 different filed and write on it the 3 different value, but I have a lot of issue and to make it every time it could be too long.

Hi Marco,

If I'm understanding you correctly you want to copy select field data into other field, if it's what you're looking for I'd recommend third-party plugin called Script Runner, where you could use Bulk copy, which means:

• Bulk copy custom field values to facilitate changing custom field types.

On the other hand there is a plugin called Multi level cascade select, it may works as auto filled 3 different fields.
