Hi Atlassian Community!

I have this issue in Atlassian Guard given the following case:

 

Given an active user who uses the SSO

When the user tries to login using SSO

Then the system shows this message "You´re almost there It looks like our database is having a little longer than usual to sync up"

 

I´ve reported to Atlassian support but if you know some workaround or info It could be very helpfully.

Welcome to the community!

If you have cleared your cache and done the standard troubleshooting steps (like checking on a different browser) and the account is the only one having issues I would check with your administrator to ensure you are licensed to use the application.  If you are licensed and should have access you will need to wait for Atlassian support reply.
