Unable to add external RSS feed

I'm unable to add an external RSS feed to a page. The feed builder only displays internal Confluence spaces. The documentation points me to the RSS Feed Macro, which I cannot find when trying to insert a macro. The documentation states that the macro needs to be enabled by Confluence Administrator, which I don't have access to in an OnDemand environment. Could someone either enable RSS Feed Macro for my environment or inform me on how to accomplish this task.

This question overlaps with https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/73600 and I think I covered everything on that ticket (please let me know if I missed anything/you have further questions). One additional note that the "sysadmin" and "Confluence-Administrator" groups are essentially the same and only there for maintenance.
