Suddenly only comment field appears in my transition screen

Hi there, I don't know what mistake I've done, but suddenly my transition screens only include comment field nothing else :-(...while there are several fields on these screens. It worked very well until now... and I did not change nothing in the configuration of those screens. Thanks a lot, Christophe

Check the field configuration and the field context too. Those can make fields disappear.

However, it's more likely that you've gone into the workflow and selected a different screen for the transitions
