Purchased Add-ons : check for purchases doesn't work

JIRA : 6.0.1 UPM: 2.10.1 Gives an error as follows Sorry, an error occurred while attempting to refresh your purchased add-ons list. Any suggestions about fixing/debugging this? Thanks Nilesh

There are a number of requirements that need to be met in order to get the purchased add-ons section to work - https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/UPM/Managing+Purchased+Add-ons

- JIRA needs to be using a real license. No developer or evaluation licenses.

- The AtlassianID account that you are authenticating with needs to be associated with the license that JIRA is currently using. The association is made by either being a billing or technical contact.

Hey Dana,

Just for your info, this case was recently raised, but, was cloning the information from one of our older reports which was updated with the thoughts from the developer recently. You can have more information through this report: https://ecosystem.atlassian.net/browse/UPM-3484

Hope it helps you,

Giu
