No Confirmation Mail / Password Reset Recieved from reactivated Account

Hello,

i have reactivated the access for a User, but he cannot log in due to not recieving the confirmation mail. We have tried to reset the password, in hopes of that solving it, but he did not receive that mail either.

I have read, that sometimes an address gets blocked from Atlassian, could this be the case here?

Welcome to the community @Jason Röcken !

You are correct that some of the accounts get blocked by the Atlassian automatically in order to avoid spam. Usually, the solution is contacting the Atlassian support asking for that email address to be removed from the surpression list.

This can be solved, we have created a new account for him now.
