New User Management doesn't show usage statistics

Jim Lynch February 17, 2014

Hi all,

We use OnDemand JIRA/JIRA_Agile/Confluence and the User Management area was recently upgraded. It is set up to be "application agnostic" which makes sense. Unfortunately I have lost the ability to follow logins to the system. That info is no longer displayed.

I was capturing login info to see what percentage of my userbase was logging in each week, and who haden't logged in for a long time. We have a number of clients who have access to our instance, and I like to know if they are really using the tools or if they can have their access removed.

Is there any way to see usage info with the new User Management pages? Thanks!

It looks like the closest solution being considered is "Last Login" - Bob notes that in the link above, but here it is directly UNIFIED-12
