Need to include the Priority Ranking field in the email notifications

We need to include the Priority Ranking field in the email notifications so that we can easily spot critical issues that need to be dealt with immediately. Can you do this for us?

You'll need to customise the email templates.

OnDemand does not currently let you do that.
