Move to self-hosting?

We are considering moving from OnDemand to self-hosting. Do you have any documentation we should read on this? In particular, what might break?

Hi Dex,

actualy it should just work out. Especialy due to the fact the the modofications you may apply in OnDemand are quite basic to what is possibly with downloaded Products.
