We've managed to lock ourselves out of Atlassian Cloud due to misconfiguration in the Identity Provider and due to that, can't also reach out to Atlassian Support to get this fixed.
What would be the way to go to get back the access to our organization?

I found a ticket that was created over in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/35/CA-2945063 where you mention that this has been resolved.

My recommendation is for you to work directly with your Atlassian Account manager to obtain further assistance. Your site admins team should be able to know who they worked with at the time your site/account for your site setup orginally.
