Is there a time tracking plugin that allows daily closure of timesheets? (with e-mail reminders)

I'm testing Tempo plugin, however as far as I know it only allows mothly, weekly and biweekly closure of timesheets.

I'm looking for a pluguin that can restrict log works to the past 24h (and/or require superior's authorization to log work after that period), and sends e-mail the following morning to those who haven't completed the required hours.

If it also comes with time tracking (chronometer) it would be great.
