Even though I'm not entirely sure what you want you may want to check the mappings of your board. If the subtasks are in a status, that is not mapped for example (after changing the workflow), they don't show up on the board anymore

what I want is just to fade out the subtasks on my board.
You can see on my first Printscreen SECO-1331 ist a task, SECO-1312, 1344 are the subtasks of this Story. I want to fade them away, but I am missing the arrow as on the second Printscreen.
What do you mean to check up the mapping? The status of all issues is "Open"?
I have chosen the Green Hopper Option Base Swimlanes on Queries because of thet I couldt collapse Sutasks anymore.
