How do I delete a user account

Why can I see the 'delete' button for some and not all accounts? Thank you.

You can delete only Internal Accounts. If you use delegated user management, can't remove users from all user-groups. This will block those users from login in.

Are you in the user management page? are they create dunder 'internal Users' or 'Jira Delegated Directory' ?

I confirm I am in the <USER MANAGEMENT>/Users> page and I can see the 'delete' button against some but not all the user accounts in the <Operations> column. I see <xxx LDAP server' in the <Directory> column.
