Incidentally the administrator account was deleted from company space, and now i cant restore it in any way because doenst have permission for that. What can i do to restore this account or give full rights to another one?

That's just for confluence, but you haven't really said which system it is. (Principles are broadly the same though)
You can probably do this through a SQL update. That is my first thought at least.
